Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in SAP project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP implementations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies.
Facilitate communication between teams across different time zones.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the SAP project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience in SAP project management.
Proven expertise in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to work in a 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift to support global clients.
