Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hybris Consultant with 5 to 8 years of expertise in implementing SAP Commerce solutions to enhance client business functionality and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Commerce Cloud or Hybris, including implementation, business analysis, and technical consultation, with a solid understanding of B2B/B2C eCommerce concepts and experience in Omni-channel-specific business topics.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP Commerce / Hybris Implementation:
   • Implement SAP Commerce / Hybris solutions to enhance the client's business functionality and performance, ensuring that all solutions align with business goals and requirements.
2. Business Analysis and Consultation:
   • Participate in the business analysis process and provide expert guidance on how best to implement and use SAP Commerce systems.
   • Lead client discussions to map business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform, ensuring that all objectives are met effectively.
3. Project Communication and Management:
   • Communicate project progress to engagement managers and scrum masters, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and issues.
   • Participate in sprint planning and contribute to successful project delivery in agile environments.
4. Technical Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:
   • Provide expert-level consultation on the functional and technical implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce, its various administrative cockpits, and the SAP Hybris Accelerators.
   • Share knowledge on best practices, design patterns, and solutions to ensure high-quality implementations and support.
5. Omni-channel Business Topics:
   • Advise clients on Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalogue modeling, inventory management, customer service, B2B customer management, B2B procurement, promotion strategies, and cross-channel commerce.

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris with a focus on B2B and B2C eCommerce, including catalogue management, order management, promotions, and pricing.
• Experience working with SAP Hybris data models, data integration, and migration activities.
• In-depth understanding of multi-channel, multi-site, and multi-tenant scenarios in SAP Hybris.
• Expertise in Spartacus storefront development.
• Hands-on experience in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), including Java, Servlets, and JSP.
• SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework knowledge.
• Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience as a technical consultant on SAP Hybris projects (implementation, enhancement, or support).
• Knowledge of software architecture and experience with large web-based applications in customer-facing, SLA-driven environments.
• Ability to anticipate business implications of data modeling decisions and make necessary adjustments.
• Solid experience in SAP Hybris foundation concepts, including integration, catalog management, and multi-channel commerce.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of total experience with SAP Hybris implementation experience across at least 5 projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
