Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP CRM solutions for clients. This role is for a full-time, hybrid work opportunity, and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP CRM implementation projects, ensuring the solution is aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze, design, configure, and deploy SAP CRM solutions, covering modules like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Design and implement customer-centric processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and customer service processes.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP CRM configuration, business process design, and customization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Conduct workshops, training, and support sessions for clients, ensuring effective use of the SAP CRM platform.
- Provide support in post-implementation phases, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP CRM.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and test cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementations, with at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations.
- Extensive experience in SAP CRM modules like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, business processes, and configuration.
- Proven track record in customer interaction management, including lead and opportunity management.
- Expertise in SAP CRM integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with SAP CRM on-premise and cloud versions, with a strong understanding of both.
- Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Management, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Sales Cloud is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
- SAP CRM Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
