Job Description:

Accenture Bangalore is seeking highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultants for long-term projects across various industry domains. You will be responsible for delivering complex SAP ABAP developments, working closely with functional teams, and playing a key role in successful SAP implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Work on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in ABAP programs.
For senior profiles (8+ years), lead technical design, mentor junior developers, and participate in architectural discussions.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP including:
- Classical and interactive reports
- SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts
- BDC, BAPI, IDOC, ALE, OData, CDS Views
- Enhancements: User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework
Experience in Object-Oriented ABAP
Hands-on with SAP Fiori, OData Services, and SAP UI5 (preferred for senior levels)
Good understanding of integration with modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Leadership qualities for senior and lead roles
Must be able to join immediately or within 7–15 days

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
SAP Certification (optional but preferred)
